Parking We live in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our parking guidelines: Guests in the upper unit have a designated parking space behind the home, providing easy access to the entrance without disrupting guests in the lower unit. Parking Directions: ✔ Enter the address into your GPS, which will direct you to A Street. If traveling East on A Street, turn left on Lilly Street. If traveling West, turn right on Lilly Street. ✔ Once on Lilly Street, take a right onto C Street, then turn immediately into the alley after the first house on the right with a large detached garage. ✔ We are the 7th house on the left, recognizable by a neighbor's vintage treehouse ;). Park on the gravel pad and take the stairs up to the upper unit. Transparency and Shared Spaces Our property is thoughtfully designed to offer flexible rental options, ideal for groups, families, or couples. You can rent the entire home for privacy or rent the upper or lower unit separately. please note: ✦ If renting the upper unit, there may be guests in the lower unit. While noise is minimal, we kindly ask all guests to be mindful of sound levels to ensure a comfortable stay. ✦ The hot tub is exclusive to the lower unit or guests renting the entire home. The designated parking space behind the home is reserved for guests in the upper unit, providing easy access to the entrance without disrupting guests in the lower unit. Parking Directions: Designated alley parking is available for the upper unit. Simply enter the address into your GPS, which will direct you to A Street. If you’re traveling East on A Street, turn left on Lilly Street. If you’re traveling West on A Street, turn right on Lilly Street. Once on Lilly Street, take a right onto C Street, then turn immediately into the alley after the first house on the right with a large detached garage. We are the 7th house on the left; you’ll recognize it by a neighbor's charming vintage treehouse nearby. Park on the gravel pad and take the stairs up to the upper unit. NOTE ABOUT SHARED SPACES The outdoor hot tub is designated for the lower unit guests and is located near the parking area and back entrance for the upper unit. If both units are rented separately, you may see guests from the lower unit using the hot tub as you park and walk to the entrance of the upper unit. Additionally, some noise may be heard from other renters when both units are occupied. I kindly ask that each party be mindful of noise levels to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM (A late check-out is available for an additional $20 when requested and confirmed in advance.) When it's time to check out, I’ve got all the cleaning covered so you can leave hassle-free! This includes: Cleaning and laundering all bedding and towels-no need to strip the beds Emptying garbage All you need to do is: Ensure all personal belongings are packed. Press the lock button on the keypad as you leave to secure the property. I take extra precautions with cleaning to ensure everything is spotless and sanitized for the next guests.
