Important Notes: ✔ When leaving, pull the door towards you while pressing the lock button to ensure it closes securely. ✔ The side door code is currently disabled, so please use the main entrances for entry and exit. ✔ Always use the keypad to lock and unlock the doors. The owners only have physical keys, so using the keypad will prevent accidental lockouts. Parking We’re located in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, and we appreciate your cooperation with our parking guidelines: ✔ Please use the space in front of 221 N. Asbury for parking, as each home’s frontage is informally reserved for the respective homeowner. ✔ The parking area behind the property is designated for upper unit guests, providing easy access to the entrance. Thank you for helping us maintain a comfortable environment for everyone! Note About Shared Spaces The outdoor hot tub for the lower unit is located near the parking area and back entrance for the upper unit. If both units are rented separately, you may see guests from the lower unit using the hot tub as you park and walk to the entrance of the upper unit. I will always ensure both parties are informed in advance. Some noise may be heard from other renters when both units are occupied. I kindly ask that all guests be mindful of noise levels to create a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Check-Out Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM (A late check-out is available for an additional $20 when requested and confirmed in advance.) When it’s time to check out, I’ve got all the cleaning covered so you can leave hassle-free! This includes: ✔ Stripping all bedding ✔ Cleaning and laundering all bedding and towels ✔ Emptying garbage ✔ Dishes All you need to do is: ✔ Ensure all personal belongings are packed. ✔ Press the lock button on the keypad as you leave to secure the property.
